River Eden burst its banks in March

Well it is the first time this year that the River Eden has burst its banks and flooded Rickerby Park. It was not as bad as in previous years but a taxi with four passengers including two children did manage to get stuck halfway through and in the middle of the night. The fire serviced managed to rescue them.
